Chinese New Year
Over a February weekend our team took a road trip up to Cervantes to our clients at Lobster Shack. Over two days we worked to generate 4 new individual videos for social media, a new selection of professional photography, and used Live Reporting as a tool to broadcast the Chinese New Year event to an international audience. Knowing that majority of Lobster Shack’s customers are international travellers, we utilised the live features on Facebook and Instagram to emotionally bring together a community who, physically, were miles away. The success of this weekend has resulted in a continued stream of international customers to this day.
