Summary

Port Coogee Village is the new coastal neighbourhood shopping centre at the heart of Port Coogee’s award-winning marina and residential estate. The village shopping centre consists of 13 speciality tenancies from retailers to food speciality stores, a Woolworths supermarket, and 188 parking spaces.

What we've done

Our team has worked with Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre to drive traffic to the centre and build brand awareness with the local community. We generated a Social Media Style Guide customised to Port Coogee branding, to enhance their social media feed aesthetic and online presence. Our campaign activations for Port Coogee Village Shopping Centre are strategically tailored and relevant to the specific time of year in which they are being produced for. For example, RLM has raised awareness of the varied school holiday activity programs held inside the shopping centre, including those during the busy Easter and Christmas periods. Whilst designing these interactive campaigns we ensured they were appealing and approachable for children - the centre’s main target market - as well as their parents. PR measures are utilised to promote campaigns, especially to the local Port Coogee area and surrounding communities. From poster printing and event entertainment hire to Facebook business advertising, RLM has had full management of the centre’s activations.

Seasonal Campaigns have created great success for the centre, recognised through increased foot traffic and overall social media brand awareness.
